Premium Refurbishment, St Johns Wood

Antoli Developments contracted CAI Vision to design, install and maintain a complete ‘lifestyle’ environment as part of the refurbishment of a premium property in Carlton Hill, St John’s Wood.

Lutron homeworks lighting

We designed and installed automated lighting to cover all areas of the property, integrated with the Control 4 home automation system.

Television/Sky Distribution

Our in-house TV system designer specified a system including two Sky HD boxes, one dedicated to the cinema room and one that can be distributed to all other TV points. Standard terrestrial and Freeview channels are also distributed to all areas. We also included a Hotbird satellite to receive European channels, and integrated the external security cameras so they can be viewed on any TV in the property.

Total Security

The project required a high level of security, so our designers specified a Texecom Premier intruder alarm system to cover all areas of the property. We also installed a 24-hour remote link, with in-wall keypads that maintain the look the interior designer had in mind for the project.

We installed a vandal-resistant video stainless steel panel at the external gates to the property. This is controlled via internal recessed video monitors that allow access and are customised to match the other finishes in the property.

To cover the front and rear elevations, a CCTV system was installed to the exterior of the property. This records onto a central hard drive and is integrated into the main TV system.
