St James Homes, the luxury division of The Berkeley Group, is an award-winning, design-conscious, creative and sustainable developer with a record of culturally successful and diverse projects.

We spent many months working with the developer, consultant and electrical contractor to design and install a number of disciplines for this project, including:

Video door entry/access control

We designed and installed an integrated colour video door entry system and PAC access control system. These linked back to the security control office and included a colour video monitor in each apartment.

CCTV

To ensure the vulnerable areas were covered, we installed a high-end infra-red CCTV system. All areas produce good images day or night, linked back to the security control office.

IRS (Integrated Reception System)

This 13-wire IRS installation provided HDTV, radio, media and satellite distribution, including Sky, Hotbird, and Arabsat to cater to the international London community.

Data network

We installed a multi-room data network in each of the 300 apartments.

Multi room audio

We installed a multi-room audio system to the principle rooms in each apartment.
