The residences have been designed as an exclusive collection of traditional homes for contemporary living. The main building is now home to six luxury dwellings. The development also has three terrace houses, two gate houses and a pavillion. As well as communal grounds, the basement of the main building also contains a communal gymnasium with swimming pool and spa.
The properties had specific installation criteria. All had to offer smart technology, as subtly as possible. This would require a company with extensive project experience and specialist knowledge of working with traditional buildings and multiple dwelling units (MDUs).
Once the developer had experienced the CAI Vision show home demonstration, he immediately decided they would install the smart home technology in all properties and communal areas.
All dwellings including the main house and communal swimming pool and spa have audio, automated smart lighting control and the communal areas utilise CCTV, television distribution and automated gate entry.
